Both programmes are run from the Dasagram campus, with classroom instruction, school-based practice, and library access included.
The B.Ed programme trains graduates to teach at the upper primary and secondary level. It combines the theory of teaching — educational psychology, pedagogy, and school management — with subject-specific teaching method and supervised practice in schools.
The D.El.Ed programme trains teachers for the primary classroom. Coursework covers child development, primary-level pedagogy across subjects, and hands-on teaching practice, following the syllabus set by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
